What Happens Next?

We’ll review the information you submitted and contact you to schedule a property assessment. During your assessment, we’ll evaluate the vegetation of concern and the extent of the infestation, discuss your eradication goals and treatment options, and gather the information needed to prepare your quote.

Before Your Property Assessment

If possible, please make sure the person meeting with us is familiar with your property boundaries, particularly when the vegetation is growing near a neighboring property. Piece with our neighbors is a good thing and we do not want to bring unpleasantness into our lives due to confusion over property boundaries.

We also kindly ask you to consider our applicators, those who will be doing treatments on your property. If there are areas of concern that may be difficult to access or easy to overlook, please point them out to us during the assessment.

A Note About Neighboring Properties

Unfortunately, invasive vegetation does not respect property boundaries. For invasive plants such as Japanese knotweed or tree of heaven, treating the entire stand whenever possible provides the best opportunity for successful, long-term eradication. Treating only a portion of a stand can leave untreated plants and root systems nearby that may continue to spread back into the treated area.

If the invasive vegetation extends onto a neighboring property, we encourage you to speak with your neighbor(s) before your assessment. When possible, invite them to be present during the assessment. This allows us to evaluate the entire infestation, answer their questions, and discuss options for treating the affected properties together.

If your neighbor does not wish to participate in treatment, our Annual Rescan Program provides you with ongoing monitoring and treatment of new growth that may spread back onto your property from neighboring untreated areas preventing reinfestation.
